The Feasibility Study is an objective survey of the institution's fundraising potential that measures the strength of your case for a campaign and the availability of prospective donors, campaign leaders and volunteer workers.

The key technique that we use is a confidential one-on-one interview with a sample of members from the following suggested groups:
- Leaders who have played a key role in the synagogue's growth.
- Members who have the potential to make major gifts to the campaign.
- Members representing various constituencies of the synagogue.
- Additional key individuals.
This will ensure a comprehensive sampling group.
In addition to the interviews, an internal analysis of past fund-raising experiences and history is crucial to rendering a professional judgment.
- An assessment of the strength of the synagogues' case for funding, availability of leadership, major donors and depth of interest of the community.

Recommendations for an achievable dollar goal and timing for your campaign.
- A campaign plan of action including: marketing ideas; a proposed leadership structure, campaign solicitation strategy and time-table.
